4. Information for Customers

According to the requirement of the WEEE legislation, the following user information is provided to customers for all RA Mobility products subject to the WEEE directive. The symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that this product must not be disposed of with your other household waste. Instead, it is your responsibility to dispose of your waste equipment by handing it over to a designated collection point for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment. Recycling of your waste equipment at the time of disposal will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner that protects human health and the environment. For more information about where you can drop off your waste for recycling please contact your Local Authority. Any waste products branded Bentley, along with their batteries, can be returned to and recycled by RA Mobility without charge to the customer. The costs of recycling non-Bentley branded products purchased through RA Mobility but manufactured by third parties is the responsibility of the third party manufacturer. RA Mobility can provide a chargeable service for the collection and recycling of Non-Bentley WEEE. All returns must be issued with a Return Number before customers arrange for delivery of WEEE product. To request a return number contact us at sales@ramobility.co.uk
